Orders can be placed online at any time of the day or night, that is, every day from 0 to 24 hours. We deliver products from our webshop via a reliable delivery service. We kindly ask you to enter your mobile phone number when ordering to receive an SMS notification with the expected delivery time so that the delivery person, if necessary, can contact you and agree to the delivery time with you.

All orders received on working days (Monday - Friday) will be processed immediately, and the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible. For orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the shipment will be collected on the first following working day, and the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible after collection.

The shipping cost will be shown on your order and invoice. Delivery costs depend on the weight of the product, the destination, and the chosen delivery method.

In addition to package delivery, we also offer the customer the option of picking up selected products in our store (Ul. Vladimira Švalba 61a, 52210, Rovinj). Payment is possible with cash or bank cards when picking up, by payment to a bank account (it is mandatory to send/bring a confirmation of payment).

If we currently do not have the selected product in stock, we will contact you and agree on whether you want to cancel the order in full, or partially or wait for the product to be in stock.
