The terms of purchase determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, returning, and complaining about the products offered on our website.

A customer (consumer) of goods is a webshop visitor who selects at least one product, puts it in the basket, and pays by bank card, by offer (payment slip, net banking), cash on delivery, or Pay Pal.
Retail prices include VAT
The currency is Euro (EUR).

Use of the storia-antiqua.hr website

By using this website and placing orders on it, you agree that:
use this website exclusively for inquiries and legally valid orders
you do not execute wrong or fake orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we are authorized to cancel it and inform the competent institutions.

If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we cannot process your order.

Product Features

Main features: the products are presented in text and photos, and the information about them is based on the Seller's database
Product photos are illustrative and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order. The seller especially points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to correspond to the appearance of the product in reality, especially considering the monitor settings on the customer's computer, differences in the perception of colors as the customer sees them on the screen, etc. In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, it is not about a lack of product.
Product information (product description, price, etc.) is displayed on the storia-antiqua.hr website is subject to bugs, irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. In case of obvious errors or malfunctions concerning product information displayed on storia-antiqua.hr, the seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (correct the order).
The subject of the order can only be products for which it is indicated in the order that they are available and available. Due to the large number of orders submitted at the same time to storia-antiqua.hr, it may happen that the information about the availability of the product is not the same as the state in the warehouse.
If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, the Seller will inform the Customer that the product is currently not available, the deadline in which the product is available, agree on a new delivery deadline if necessary, and at the same time offer the possibility of purchasing an alternative product that is available for delivery and which, according to its characteristics, is closest to the undeliverable product. In case of complete impossibility of delivery of the ordered and paid-for product, the Seller will return all funds.

Payment methods

By clicking on "Payment", the customer comes to the page where he can choose the desired payment method:

If you choose to pay by credit card, you should select the "card payment" option and click "Order". Within the interface, the customer chooses the type of credit card he wants to pay with (Diners, MasterCard, and Visa) and enters the required information. When "Make payment" is clicked, the order information is visible. Then select "Confirm order" and the purchase is complete. The customer will receive a confirmation of the order to his e-mail address, or storia-antiqua.hr employees will contact him if, for some reason, the order cannot be fulfilled as soon as possible.
Pay Pal card transaction surcharge is 3.4% and is shown at the time of payment.

Payment on delivery (cash): Orders from the Internet store can be paid to the courier in cash when picking up the goods.
Payment by offer (customer's payment to IBAN storia-antiqua.hr): By selecting "Bank transaction" as the payment method, the customer receives an order confirmation with information about the payment of the order to the e-mail address. An order created by selecting the payment option "bank transaction" is valid as an offer that lasts 3 days from the day the order is created. After making the payment, it takes 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) for the payment to be visible on the Giro account, after which the goods will be packed and sent for delivery.

Order and delivery

Orders can be placed online at any time of the day or night, that is, every day from 0 to 24 hours. We deliver products from our online store via a reliable delivery service. We kindly ask you to enter your mobile phone number during registration to receive an SMS notification with the expected delivery time so that the delivery person can contact you and arrange the delivery time with you, if necessary.
All orders received on working days (Monday - Friday) will be processed immediately, and the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible. For orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the shipment will be collected on the first following working day, and the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible after collection.
The shipping cost will be shown on your order and invoice, and it depends on the weight of the product, the destination, and the chosen shipping method.
Shipping rates will be indicated during the ordering process.
If we currently do not have the selected product in stock, we will contact you and agree whether you want to cancel the order in full, partially cancel it, or wait for the product to be in stock.

Return of goods / Unilateral termination of the sales contract

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14, 110/15), the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the sales contract if it was concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises of the business entity (purchase via the Internet or telephone).
The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days from the signed confirmation of receipt of the goods.
If the Buyer decides to terminate the distance sales contract, it may do so without giving any reason by notifying the seller unequivocally and before the expiration of the term of the termination of the sales contract. Purchased goods must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving them.
Unilateral termination of the sales contract is carried out using the form for unilateral termination of the sales contract in one of the following ways:

Download form for unilateral termination of the Agreement

The notice of termination of the sales contract must contain the following items:

Invoice number (which was received with the goods)
Name and surname
Address
Telephone number
E-mail address
An unequivocal statement on the termination of the Distance Agreement (according to the attached form)

If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the sales contract, he is obliged to deliver the purchased products to the seller at his own expense in one of the following ways:

The goods must be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receiving them.
The customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of goods that have been used (or damaged by the customer).
If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the Seller (STORIA ANTIQUA) will return the money received, including costs to the Buyer (no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision on unilateral termination of the agreement and returned goods).
The refund will be made by payment to the Customer's bank account. The refund will be made after the goods are returned or the Buyer sends proof that he sent the goods to the seller's address.

Costs of returning goods

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Complaint of goods damaged in transport

Complaints about shipments damaged during transport to the specified address must be reported to the seller STORIA ANTIQUA j.d.o.o. within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
It is necessary to send photos of the damaged product to the e-mail info@storia-antiqua.hr and a short description of the damage and the invoice number attached to the goods.
It is necessary to inspect the external damage when picking up the shipment because with your signature you confirm that you received the load from the courier in undamaged packaging.

Liability for material product defects
According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14, 110/15, 14/19), the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act (Official Gazette 35/05, 41 /08, 125/11, 78/15) on liability for material defects.
