This model is the \u2018Living Room\u2019 model created in 1938 by the famous French house Pirouett, inventor of the first French articulated office lamps in the 1920s.<\/p>\n
Clever and elegant, this lamp is composed of a base with a barrel in which the arm holding the shade lamp slides to adjust the height and which can also be tilted. Its four-sided shade also rotates back and forth and slightly to the sides.<\/p>\n
The blue colour of its glasses is superbly nuanced as it is in glass paste, a unique model.<\/p>\n
Its cast iron base hidden under the brass foot gives it perfect stability especially for making changes of positions.<\/p>\n
Dimension: 59 cm tall, shade 23x14 cm.<\/p>\n
Condition: Overall condition is very good. This antique item, like many of its age, exhibits signs of wear consistent with its history and use.
